  • Catering (working breakfasts, coffee breaks, dinners etc.)
  • Gala parties: site searching, catering and show organization
  • Organization of tourist and cultural programme for people accompanying groups and excursions before and after conferences, as well as transport and coach bookings
  • Technical services and reception teams
  • Setting up identification sheets, files or badges
  • Search for craftsmen and local producers who can make souvenirs and gifts for conference participants
  • Co-ordination of all services depending on the Tourist and Conference Office

Accommodation management: 

Setting up the "general hotel booking centre" (hotel options, booking forms, computer data processing, confirmation.

Registration management: 

Computer registration for conferences, same conditions as for accommodation.

Financial management: 

Receipt of payments, invoice settlements, drawing-up of balance sheets, overheads.
