files or badges
- Search for craftsmen and local
producers who can make souvenirs and gifts for conference participants
- Co-ordination of all services
depending on the Tourist and Conference Office
Accommodation management:
Setting up the "general
hotel booking centre" (hotel options, booking forms, computer
data processing, confirmation.
Registration management:
Computer registration for conferences,
same conditions as for accommodation.
Financial management:
Receipt of payments, invoice
settlements, drawing-up of balance sheets, overheads.
