The Tourist and Conference Office invites you to discover Clermont-Ferrand with its "guides-conférenciers" ; guides who have a qualification recognised by the Ministry of Culture.

Individual tours:
  • CLERMONT

Hour walk in Clermont-Ferrand: Gallo-Roman mosaic of an Antique - dwelling Domus, the Cathedral, the Basilica of Nôtre-Dame du Port, one of the Romanesque Art Jewels on the list of the UNESCO World Heritage, the old parts of the town, etc.

  • MONTFERRAND

2-hour walk in the old noble City where beautiful Renaissance and medieval town houses (hôtels particuliers) are well preserved.

Starts in front of The Roger Quilliot Art Museum, Place Louis-Deteix.

General visit of the collections, temporary exhibitions or theme visits.

For groups :

Walks (in French, English, Italian, Spanish, German) are organized throughout the year in the old parts of the town, in the Romanesque Architecture areas, in museums, etc. Thematic and panoramic tours are also organized by coach. Finally you will find half a day or whole day tours in the volcano district, in the Clermont-Ferrand lake district and in places famous for Romanesque Architecture.
